AFP Relax News – 50 mins ago Google's own social networking platform has been given a facelift, causing much excitement among microbloggers.
The new-look Google+ features a navigation bar on the left hand side -- replacing the former bar across the top of the page and providing the ability to change the order in which the menu icons are sorted.

Wednesday's other big news on Twitter is that Kanye West has signed rapper Q-Tip to G.O.O.D Music/Def Jam records. Q-Tip's album The Renaissance was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 2010 Grammy Awards.
Members of British boy band One Direction are once again causing a stir, occupying two trending topics -- fifth placed "Harry and Zayn," the names of two of the group's members, and seventh place "ZARRY," a combination of the same two names.
