AFP Relax News – 2 hrs 35 mins ago Gmail is the latest Google product to get a social makeover. The company is making it easier to share videos and images users receive via email to their Google+ stream. Recent videos and images shared by a user's Gmail contacts on G+ have also been given enhanced social sharing features.
"Today, we're expanding recent Google+ posts in the people widget to include thumbnails of the photos and videos shared in the post. We're also making it easier to share inline images -- just hover your mouse over the image in your email and you will see an option to share it on Google+," said Google via a post on its Gmail Google+ account.
Jonathan Mak Long -- the Hong Kong student behind the now iconic Apple logo tribute that featured Steve Jobs's silhouette within the Apple logo "bite" -- has re-imagined Coke's white ribbon on red background branding for Coca Cola as part of its "Open Happiness" campaign.
Google+ photographers are posting images that fit into the #WetWednesday photography theme (popular #WetWednesday photo subjects include rain, lakes and beaches). #WetWednesday is just one of many weekly photography themes that appear frequently on the social network.
