| 'SimCity Social' heads to Facebook Jun 5th 2012, 10:34 AFP Relax News – 3 hrs ago SimCity Social is expected to reach Facebook in the coming month, according to an announcement made by a Maxis representative during the Electronic Arts press conference at video games industry expo E3. Billed as the more social version of the classic city building game SimCity, the Facebook version is expected to challenge existing game giants of the social network such as Zynga's CityVille. Speaking to Gamesbeat, Lucie Bradshaw, senior vice president of EA's Maxis label, stated that players of SimCity Social "don't just build a city - they choose the kind of city they want and watch its soul come to life as it grows and reacts to their decisions," and went on to describe the game as a "deeply social experience."
