MORE CHANGES? In a conference Thursday, CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled a dramatic redesign of its users' profile pages to create what he called a "new way to express who you are." It's called a "timeline," an online scrapbook of your life. MUSIC, MOVIES AND MORE: Facebook also announced a slew of new partnerships with music, entertainment and media companies that center on letting people share what they read, listen to or watch.
